Carrots in the Best Way

This is apparently the best way to cook carrots.
Ingredients
- 300 g carrots cut into small sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Sauté the carrots with a little salt in oil and simmer in their own juice for 20 minutes over low heat.
- Add the honey and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes. Done.
