Carrots in the Best Way

This is apparently the best way to cook carrots.

Ingredients

  • 300 g carrots cut into small sticks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Sauté the carrots with a little salt in oil and simmer in their own juice for 20 minutes over low heat.
  • Add the honey and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes. Done.
