Carrots in the Best Way
This is apparently the best way to cook carrots.

Ingredients
300
g
carrots
cut into small sticks
1
tbsp
olive oil
A pinch of salt
1-2
tbsp
honey
1-2
tbsp
balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Sauté the carrots with a little salt in oil and simmer in their own juice for 20 minutes over low heat.
Add the honey and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes. Done.
