A Swabian classic.
Ingredients
- 400 g macaroni
- 150 g diced sausage Bockwurst, meat sausage, Schinkenwurst, Mortadella, etc.
- 100 g cheese cut into small pieces or grated
- 0.25 l cream
- 3 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni al dente in salted water.
- Mix the noodles with the sausage and place in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the cream, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the noodles.
- Bake in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven for 45 minutes. Done.
