Ingredients

  • 400 g macaroni
  • 150 g diced sausage Bockwurst, meat sausage, Schinkenwurst, Mortadella, etc.
  • 100 g cheese cut into small pieces or grated
  • 0.25 l cream
  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni al dente in salted water.
  • Mix the noodles with the sausage and place in a greased baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine the cream, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the noodles.
  • Bake in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven for 45 minutes. Done.
