Instructions
Cook macaroni al dente in salted water.
Mix the noodles with the sausage and place in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the cream, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the noodles.
Bake in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven for 45 minutes. Done.
