Spicy Cucumber Salad

This is a simple and refreshing cucumber salad with a spicy kick from Korean chilli flakes. It's a perfect side dish for any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers about 400g each
- 2 tbsp Korean chilli flakes gochugaru
- 50 ml rice vinegar
- 50 ml light soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Chop up the cucumbers into small pieces.
- Mix the chilli flakes, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, minced garlic, roasted sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Add the chopped cucumber into the bowl with the sauce.
- Mix well to ensure the cucumber pieces are well coated in the sauce, and then serve.
