Spicy Cucumber Salad
This is a simple and refreshing cucumber salad with a spicy kick from Korean chilli flakes. It's a perfect side dish for any meal.

Korean chilli flakes
gochugaru

Instructions
Chop up the cucumbers into small pieces.
Mix the chilli flakes, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, minced garlic, roasted sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the sauce.
Add the chopped cucumber into the bowl with the sauce.
Mix well to ensure the cucumber pieces are well coated in the sauce, and then serve.
