Wild Boar Pasta
I came up with this one day when the supermarket had reduced their wild boar mince.

Ingredients
400
g
wild boar mince
250
ml
red wine
2
onions
4
cloves
garlic
2
carrots
2
peppers
½
butternut squash
1
box
passata
beef stock
2
tsp
of rosemary
1
tsp
thyme
1
tsp
wild garlic
salt
pepper
600
g
pasta
Instructions
Stick the mince in 250ml red wine for an hour.
Chop and fry the onions with grated veg and garlic.
Add and fry the mince till brown.
Add beef stock and passata and simmer for an hour with the herbs, salt and pepper.
Serve with boiled pasta.
