Tomato Soup
Just a nice tomato soup.

tomatoes
coarsely chopped

onion

garlic

celery

boiling water

ml
cream

peperoncino
salt, pepper
flavour enhancer

Instructions
Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
Add coarsely chopped onion, garlic, and celery and sauté for 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add tomatoes and seasonings, simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in the boiling water, simmer for 20-30 minutes over low heat.
Turn off the heat and strain the vegetables.
Return the pureed vegetables to the pot, cook for 5 more minutes, add the cream, and heat to boiling. Done.

Note: You can also add a can of white beans.
