Pork Paprikas
A nice pork paprikas that tastes great with dumplings. Real comfort food on a cold day!

Ingredients
600-800
g
pork
cut into bite-sized pieces
2
tbsp
sunflower oil
1
large onion
finely chopped
3
cloves
garlic
minced
3
tbsp
paprika
500
ml
chicken stock
200
ml
sour cream
2
red peppers
sliced
Cornflour
if needed
Salt
to taste
Parsley
for serving
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the pork pieces and brown them on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the onions until translucent, then add the garlic.
Stir in the paprika. Add the stock and bring it to a simmer.
Return the pork to the pan, add the pepper, cover and let simmer for at least 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
Once the pork is done, mix the sour cream into the sauce. If it's too thin, thicken it with cornflour mixed with cold water. Season with salt.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve with dumplings and a green salad.
