Yummy Cabbage
Also known as Pork Chops with Cavolo Nero. The best part of this dish is the cabbage.

Ingredients

cavolo nero

tbsp
olive oil

garlic cloves

pork loin chops
250
ml
red wine
1
sprig
fresh flat-leaf parsley
chopped
salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook the cabbage in salted, boiling water for about 30-40 minutes, then drain.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and cook until golden brown.
Add the chops to the pan, brown them, pour in the wine and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer over a low heat until the wine has reduced to half the original amount.
Remove the chops from the pan and keep warm.
Chop the cabbage roughly.
Add the cabbage and parsley to the pan and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Return the chops to the pan and heat through for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with bread.
