Coat the pork chops with the marinade, ensuring they are well covered. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
Heat a grill or skillet with a bit of oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 63°C.
